Called at 8:10EDT this morning to place my order for a Visor Deluxe and a serial cradle. On hold for 30 mins. CSR was nice enough, but he had to take my information twice. I wonder if I'll end up with 2 Visors...

I was on hold for 2 hours yesterday (10/20)afternoon/evening then disconnected. Their phone system must have a max wait time capacity set at 120 minutes.

I immediately called back and got through in 5 minutes. Different hold music and message - sounds like my call was routed to a different call center.

Exclamation

I waited for 45 minutes the first call and then hung up. Second call I waited for 1.5+ hours to get through. Stayed on this time though.

Can't wait for the product to arrive now. Hopefully they can speed up shipments.

Waited 2hr before the CSR phone system disconnected me, 0845-1045 CST. Called right after getting disconnected stayed on 30min only to have my cordless battery go dead. I'll either stay up late tonight or get up very early in the morning. Just want to upgrade the shipping.

Unhappy

I'm on for the second time today. Fist time was a disconnect after 2 hrs. I'm running up on 1 hour now...This music has got to go! It's putting me to sleep!!!!
I wouldn't be hanging in there, except that the CSR said he would call me back yesterday, but failed to do so.

After my second time today of 2 hours on hold before disconnected, my third time got me to the inner queue after only one "Thank you for calling Handspring...". My only fear is that after listening to this guy for 4 hours, I will answer the phone by saying, "Thank you for calling Handspring..."

Called at 3:29pm PST - I figured I'd hit it when everybody on the East Coast would be commuting home or eating dinner. I was on hold for 40 min before getting the "priority sequence" woman. At 5:04 I finally got through.
