Is there a legend for the new icons?

I don't know what the handbags represent.

How about the red ones, or the one with dots on them?

This would probably be a good example of how the new icons perhaps aren't communicating their intentions very well.

I think I found another missed spell checking spot, when you go to edit one of your posts, there is no spell checking button !!

I thought the dots on the envelopes were bullet holes ...
Having a devil of time trying to figure out what THAT meant.

Dots are cool, they tell you if you've participated in that thread or not so you can skip to checking just those rather than bother yourself with trying to remember which thread you've posted in and then clicking on one about waffle iron springboard and being like "hey, have I posted in this?" while now if theres a hole in your letter (Which means somebody has been opening your mail) then you know you've posted in it.

As Marcus said, it will take about a week. Don't remember who said it, but here is an applicable quote:

"We must endeavor to persevere!"

New look is good but message posts are way down!

Is it me or does it seem like there are fewer and fewer posts on VC lately? I mean some of the categories most recent post are from two days ago. Is this due to technical difficulties with the new VC or are people just not posting.

I concurr, the icons are nice looking but hard to spot which one you want. Have to read them.

hey, I was thinking the same thing just this minute! (great minds and all that rubbish)
people I've commonly seen posting that I haven't seen posting in several days include bkbk (who said he's leaving forever), bblue (who said he's on vacation) and narnia_77 (who didn't say anything).
I on the other hand can't seem to stay away or shut up.

Great Minds Use VISORS

The reason for my statement was that I would usually post a problem or comment and my email notification would be buzzing with posts. I wondered if I was just posting boring questions and no one wanted to respond. I saw one guys post had 29 views and no answers on some files he did not know what they were for. I responded but I am not a techie and was only able to give a very uniformed response. Felt bad that everyone was reading and not trying to help.

It could be that same person checking back to see if there's a response yet . I do that.
