After my first hotsync with outlook all my e-mail was transfered to my visor and deleted out of outlook. Many of those e-mails I need on my PC. Is there a way to hotsync those back to my outlook inbox?

I think what you need to do is look at the options of HotSync, and make sure that "syncronize all files" is selected for email.

The way to do this is right click on the Hotsync icon int he taskbar, and select "customize". From there you need to look at the actions for each part of the hotsync, and make sure that you have the correct options checked.
