Bluetooth Data Connection

Has anyone had experience with a Widcomm Visor Bluetooth module (or others) and a Bluetooth enabled cell handset like the Motorola 270c? I want to do a data connection like this, but hearing an opinion from someone who has gone down this path would be appreciated.
