SMS Email on VP

My VisorPhone works great with Voicestream here in NYC (Email, Blazer, etc), except for one thing: SMS to email.

I've tried the suggestions above (500, 5000, # msg_text... etc), but I still have no success sending an SMS to email, I get a message saying invalid address. Anyone in NYC area have suggestions? Am I doing something wrong? Are there spaces between the "#" and the "msg_text" ? Thanks!

Yes, I use spaces between the email addy and the # and the text of the message.

For example:

To: SMS E-Mail Center
Text: [email protected] # Hey John, are you free for lunch. Brian

If I knew how to take a screen shot I would post that, but I can not.

You also want to make sure that you upgrade the firmware on the phone 1.0.1.
