Visor phone Legal recourse with Tmobile
How many Visor phone owners out there feel cheated by Tmobile. I know I do! I've paid my bills on time I'm a good customer. I got all those letters and the voice mail telling me how pleased T Mobile was to have me as a customer. "Your service won't change" they said. That's not true T Mobile has discontinued web access for visor phones through the ISDN number.
I bought this phone because of its web access abilities. I went with Voice Stream because I knew I could access the Internet through the ISDN #. If all I wanted to do was make voice calls I would have gone with the free phone that comes with a contract.
What I want to know is can we do anything about this. I'd love to take them to court or get them to settle out of court with a new phone that has the same capabilities that my visor phone had.
Didn't handspring have some kind of deal for sprint users?
I don't recall that their ISDN number was ever really supposed to be usable by anyone but VoiceStream/T-Mobile "DataStream" customers, so unless you paid the extra for DataStream, you probably won't have any luck taking them to court.

I am in the same boat and so I sympathize, but all they did was close a back door.
It's kind of like suing the movie theater because they locked the back door and you can't sneak in anymore.
