Send Ringtone using your Visor Phone

I found that out after I played around with Siemen S25 Phone Manager software. Visor phone seem to work with some Serial supported phone software as well too like.

I was able to send SMS from 3rd party software using their supported Serial Option but when I try to send Ringtone or Logo's to their phones all they get is garbage.

Why??? is that because Visor don't have Nokia Standard ringtone sending lib??
