if you go worldspy then its free (assuming that they haven't gone bankrupt yet, however I know of more than one small dialup ISPs in my area that charge anywere from 8-15 dollars amonth and the service is just as reliable (if not better) as my DSL(not unreliable but not perfect)

How is your DSL not reliable? My DSL has been on for the last 7 days and ten hours (I installed 2000 8 days ago). Not once has my DSl not been able to connect, so I'm not sure what you mean by DSL not being reliable.

Whe the DSL is up and running it works great, and most of the time it is up an running but occisianaly the routers, or the hub wil fry and we won't have access for a week. It dosen't happen often and its started to happen less often.

back to the OMNI-SKY

as I stated in the VisorPhone Discusstion thread, that springbord compares:

1. Battery - VisorPhone uses its own LIon battery, we don't know anything about the Minstral S but i doubt that it's any better
2. Connection speed - with the phone at 14.4 and the Minstral S at 19.2 I doubth that you'll notice the diffrence but I belive that 5 kbs is a fair sacrifice for having a cell phone.
3. Size - Visor Phone is smaller. and not as ugly.
