Need Help Configuring Xircom 56k Modem

Hope that someone who's got a Xircom SpringPort 56k Modem can help me??

I want to use my local ISP to access e-mail when I'm travelling. It's been a couple of weeks, but when I tried to input my settings into my Visor Prism/Modem I kept getting error messages when trying to connect with my ISP.

Of course, my ISP says they can't help as they don't provide this type of support.

Is anyone willing to help me out?
