Hey Guys, anyone out there ever have a problem with the Palm 1.1 version of AOL Instant Messenger. I have the Yada Yada modem and the VPL and no matter what screen name i use and the right password it always says it's wrong!! I can see it's trying to connect becuase if i enter CyBeRbOb780 it changes it to cyberbob780 like it's supposed to be. Thanks for the help guys!

It may not be a password problem. I've had trouble with AOL IM as well. It seems to me to be more of a timing or handshaking issue. If the connection "times out" before authenticating, I get an error. Most of the time it takes a minimum of 3 to 5 attempts for me to log in successfully. My advice would be to keep trying. If you still have problems, try contacting the support people at AOL.
