how much are they?

I'm on Sprint already, wonder how much they are going to cost without an agreement... $$$

guy told me 500 outright, with a hundred rebate of some kind, but that might be for new hook ups.

but visor is 2 or 3, visor phone is another three, so i dunno. sounds pretty damn good. a guy was telling me that it kicks ass for wireless stuff, email, web, etc

I played with one in a Verizon store a week or so ago - just the PDA functions, didn't make a call or use any internet functions. It's nice.

I'd be tempted, except (a) I have a relatively new phone that I dropped a decent amount of dough on, (b) I'm a Prism owner, and once you've had color it's tough to go back to grayscale; (c) I've got a big investment in springboard modules; (d) on a related point, it can't be very expandable, and (e) to my knowledge, it wouldn't work with a Stowaway (although I could be wrong on this last point)

That said, if I was in the market for a new phone and color didn't matter to me, I'd be tempted. The form factor is nice.

Samsung is releasing a color (256 colors) Palm OS phone sometime this summer. Preliminary reports say it does a much better job of integrating the PDA and phone than the Kyocera. Looks good!
