-- Wireless Connection for Kyocera (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=12753)

Posted by teksurfer on 03-09-2001 03:51 PM:

I have a Kyocera with Sprint PCS. Can I connect my phone to my Handspring (Solo) for wireless internet access? I've heard rumors that it is possible, but I can't find anything concrete...

You'll have to get a serial cable, null modem adapter, and the data kit from Kyocera for your phone. You can get a cable from Mark/Space with an integrated null modem adapter. You will also have to enable wireless web on your account if it is not already so.

Kyocera cellular cable

If your phone is a Kyocera 2035, 3035 or 6035 then the cable is available at http://www.thesupplynet.com
