PLT to external modem cable sources

I need a cable to connect my Platinum to an external modem and MarkSpace currently doesn't have any in stock and Purple Data Cables (pcables.com) only sells a 6" version. Are there any other sources for a 3' device powered modem cable?

I do believe if you send an email to [email protected] that they will make a special 3' version of the PDCH-M9D-6.
