Sprint Digital Link (AirPrime SB3000)

I bought a SB3000 last week and have been using it for 4 days now. (I like it alot) I bought a Vaja case for it and it is very nice.

The main reason I am posting is I have discovered a bug. Somtimes the phone will not ring when my Prism is shut off. Someone calls me the screen turns on but it does not ring. Has anyone had this problem with the VisorPhone? Also who do I report this bug to? Sprint told me to call Handspring and Handspring told me to contact AirPrime and you guessed it AirPrime told me to go to Sprint.

Can anyone help? Any Visorcentral people have contacts? I love the product but I cannot afford to miss calls all the time. I do not want to pay to have a second cell phone that defeats the purpose of the SB3000.
