VisorPhone doesn't recognize 4-digit CallerID ?

my GSM operator have special service for corporate customers which allows free intercompany calls. Each employee has its short 4-digit code.
this code (2402 for example) is displayed when I receive call from my colegue.

It seems that Visorphone doesn't recognize 4-digit callerID. I tried to put it in Adress book, Speed dial but it doesn't work.

The code is displayed correctly, but I can't get the caller's name displayed ? Am I missing something ?
