Visor phone OR wireless modem service in Asia

Does anyone know how to get wireless service in Southeast Asia??
I read that the visor phone will soon be available in Asia - anyone know specifically about Thailand, Vietnam & Cambodia.
Also, trying to find a solution for wireless email in these countries - who services the area? AT&T doesn't show them. Thanks for your help

Any GSM type of phone service shoud do the trick. But first check the company's website to make sure that it has services in your target country. I use voicestream here in the East Coast. I have used the service in Taiwan. Hong Kong, China. For Voicestream you need to subscribe to a seperate plan for data transmittion. Hope this helped.
