Modem Not Found Error

I've been using a Supply Net cable to connect my Sprint cell 'phone to my Prism with great success for quite a while but recently have gotten a "modem not found" message every time I try to connect. I know the cable is ok because it works with my Delux just fine. Anyone have any suggestions?
