Does YadaYada have a support web page. I just got a new Visor Prism, after losing my VDX. When I synced all of the information transferred over, but when I try to use the modem, it doesn't connect. I was wondering if anyone knows if YadaYada has a white paper page or some kind of online support.

If you haven't already done so, check out some of the other wireless threads and particularly the News Articles "Yada es Nada" and the discussion thread for it. No one is sure if YadaYada is still actively in business or not.

Yada may be going out of business soon. And right know they are having problems providing service around the country. Here is an on-going discussion on the subject
