deluxe, cellphone, aol

Has anyone had any success in getting a visor deluxe, cellphone and data cable to work with AOL 2.0? I can't get it to see the cable via AOL 2.0, and I can't enter AOL as an ISP.

do not use the aol software go to prefs on your visor then network and manually enter the dial up number and dns entry

Don't quite me, but I am quite sure AOL uses their own dial-up protocols, so using HotSync would not work. You could do this if you were using AOL through an existing ISP but not if you are dialing directly to AOL.
