Where is my 2001 VC Chrismas Prize?

After almost 4 months now I'm still waiting for my Prize. I've contacted Marcus Adolfsson many times by e-mail and he keeps saying that they are almost ready to mail the prizes. Am I missing something or was it all a chrismas joke?

Anyhow if anyone from VC is reading this post please let me know if I will get it or not? My e-mail is [email protected].

I am sorry to hear you are having problems, but I can assure you that the Xmas contest was not a joke. I won a DataQuake 16 and received not long after the close of the contest.

April 10th and still nothing

Ok, it's April 10th and I'm still waiting for my Chrismas Prize. How much longer should Iwait?

I recieved an e-mail from Michael Ducker saying " I will make sure to get it to you ASAP." And that was way back in April 4th. What should I do? Should I just forget about it and learn that it is not worthy to spend 10 days answering questions just to see if I ca win something? Well, I won something and my name is in the VC chrismas page, but I haven't gotten anything.

It all started way back in February 2000 with a Blue VDX.

Our staff forwarded your information to Trust Digital, who is supplying the prize.

At this point we are waiting to hear back from them, and likely they will contact you directly. I will see if I can give them a call tomorrow and see what is going on. Other than this problem the contest was a great success, and most prizes were sent out by mid February.

Marcus, you know already from me that this was not the only problem. The VDX I won was marked refurbished, and I'm almost certain that it was actually used. Of course the prize list didn't say it was new, but as I was hoping to give it as a gift, I was disappointed. More importantly, I still have not received my dataquake module.

Can everyone who have not yet received their prize(s) post the following information:

What we did is at the end of the contest we provided the sponors with a winners list, and they mailed the prizes out.
