Videophone data problems in DC/Baltimore?
I just got my visor platinum and visorphone last monday (the 10th) and since then I havent been able to connect to Voicestream's Datastream service here in Baltimore... every time I call voicestream I get a different story, one of which is "all data service in the dc/baltimore area is out at the moment."
Is anyone else in the area having this problem? I get a No Carrier 0x1102 error whenevr I try and connect. Does anyone have a suggestion, or can anyone else verify (or disprove) the outage in the Baltimore/DC area?
Any help would be appreiciated. I've got a call ticket in with Voicestream's engineering department, thats been flagged as 'critical' since last thursday. I love how critical problems sit, unresolved, with no status updates, for a week.
Anyone?
