-- Do-It-Yourself Cable Kit for Visor (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=15976)
http://www.gomadic.com is selling a kit with all the parts for you to make a visor to motorola startac wireless access cable. The kit includes (1) Visor connector assembly, (1) Startac connector assembly, (1) 6" 3-wire length of cable, a strain relief and the necessary pin-outs. Pretty cool if you know what you're doing!
I'm thinking of splitting the cable in half and terminating it with an RJ45 plug. That way I could use different combinations for my GPS and Cell Phone connections.
Cables4pdas.com is also selling a D.I.Y. StarTAC kit for both the Visor and the Edge. It includes 24" of cable, a high quality StarTAC connector, a Handspring connector, strain reliefs for both ends and shrink tubing to finish it up, plus detailed instructions.
