Hi,
Perhaps I should be posting on the troubleshooting board, not quite sure!
I just started using the Xircom Springport modem with AOL as my Carrier.....I have had no problem establishing a connection and accessing my mail however I am unable to web browse with AvavtGo or Eudora.... the error message is "serial error 0x0308" on both which makes me believe that the problem is actually with my settings as opposed to AOL, could this be right? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, So far i'm not impressed with Xircom's technical support or their 2 page user and set up manual.

I'm assuming you're using the AOL for Palm software? If so, it uses AOL's proprietary connections and does not currently offer ISP functionality (like their desktop version). I think they have said that maybe they'll include it in a future version...
