I've been calling all evening, since about 6 PM CST. instead of getting once of the friendly gents that usually answers, i get an answering service. She tells me they've stepped out.

Huh?

Since when does an entire office "step out?" Unless I missed something, their hours we until 11:00 PM CST. Did that change recently, or did they indeed all step out?

On a related note - is anyone else in the Midwest having a hard time logging on using their Minstrel? I never got the third "Modem Ready Registered" checkbox all day.
