I can't hotsync at work. If I use my handspring more than a few hours the batteries run down. What to do about this?

This makes little sense to me...

Ok, so you can't hotsync at work... sure, most companies adopt a rule about information security and portable device that could store company information. I work at Volkswagen, and unless you have a device from them... don't bring yours here.

If your batteries only last a couple hours, you might want to read a message about batteries and the countless debates as to which last longer and the other debates about batteries that drain too quick.

I am not sure if you have... but search message boards for answer. It's the small icon just above.

I have a handspring.

It does not have any batteries that I know of. I do not have a USB outlet on my computer at work, and prism will not work with a serial cradle. I need a portable backup charger of some kind. Thanks for responding.

What about the "Serial HotSync recharging cradle with adapter (Visor Prism)", the first item on this page.

There is also the "Travel Charger", the second item on that page.
