Eudora 2.1 address error message

When trying to send e-mail with the Palm version of Eudora I get the following error:

An address has error:5.7.1
..Relaying denied. IP name lookup failed [There is an IP address here]

Has any one else got this error using Palm Eudora?

Yes I have had that error.

Solution: download mMail from palmgear.com

Ted, I'm about 1/2 step ahead of you. I tried mMail from HezArts and this is the error I got.

smtp-server.tampabay.rr.com : 550 -.-.- <"DELETED"@libcom.com>... Relaying denied

smtp-server.tampabay.rr.com : 503 5.5.0 Sender already specified

smtp-server.tampabay.rr.com : 503 5.5.0 Sender already specified

(I removed the e-mail address since it's my mom's.)

I'm using my Road Runner (Time Warner Cable) account. Is there something they can be doing to turn off the ability for me to send e-mail to an outside domain? I have no problems send e-mail to other tampabay.rr.com accounts. Road Runner will not provided support for me on this since it is a Palm device.
