Network Error - the network library is not available... Help?

I have a HS modem and had no problems connecting to my old AT&T-Worldnet account using Blazer. Since I switched to MSN, I've haven't been able to get on and think I may have made boo-boo. What is my next step after the Network Error?

Did you reset your visor lately? Did you use RESET + Page UP button?

Please perform another reset, go to the Prefs application and check if the NETWORK category is there now.
