Folks,

I ordered a slipper case for my BVD on 5-16. Anyone know how long VC store orders take to be fulfilled? According to the tracking page, My credit card hasn't been validated yet.

If the product is in stock, it goes out the same day. Products that are "On Order", like the Slipper, can take up to a little more than a week to fulfill (in some cases even longer).

I spoke with EB Cases on Tuesday and they told us to expect our new shipment of Slippers (we sold out faster than expected, and EB doesn't have any in stock) on Monday/Tuesday.

So your order will go out early next week.

I was sent an OtterBox instead of the Rhinoskin I ordered. Same day the package arrived, I had a voice mail on my recorder apoligizing for the mixup. They had already reshipped the correct item. Postage to send back Otterbox was credited.
Great job of customer service!!!!!
