How do I link Visor Prism with Garmin GPS 60?

I want to be able to transfer waypoints between my GPSr (Garmin GPS 60) and my Visor prism. Any suggestions on how to do this? Would a Visor serial cable connected to a Garmin serial cable work? Or would I need to use a cable through a sprinboard adapter? All I really want to do is to have the GPSr tell the Visor my location at any given time to create search filters of nearest waypoints wherever I happen to be. I would also like to download waypoints from the Visor to the GPSr. Can anyone help me?
