I use Yada Yada, and I can't connect to some of the strongest signals in my area. It'll lock onto a signal, check the first 2 boxes, then lose it with a registration error 3.
When you click on the number, in the Minstrel app, it says "NEI can not connect to this subnetwork" or something to that effect.
Who's NEI? Why does this happen? I sometimes can't connect because of this error, can I fix it?
I have this problem alot also, and I was hoping it's due to the fact that I have an un "optimized" Visor. I was hoping that once I got my Prism, these errors would go away. Am I wrong?

I have a optimised Visor, and I still get this error.
I had the error when I first got my modem in Dec. I called Omnisky and he said it was a registration error I think. He reenter my info into the computer and have not seen the error since.
I have a Prism and Omnisky service and I still get the error, ussually on one street in NYC.
But the area goes away when Im in a known "working" area.
If yours doesn't go away call Yada Yada.

Happy Treo 600 user, so far. Thanx Cingular for having an unlocked phone. 
My Treo 600 is my phone, my PDA, my watch, and my MP3 player. Oh yeah, I take a picture once in a while with it. Convergence is such a great thing.
