-- Visorcentral cookies don't work with Linux (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=12661)
I have been trying to use the Visorcentral discussion area from my Linux computer, but found it to be very difficult because cookies don't seem to work. This happens with both Netscape Communicator and Mozilla. Every time I change screens in a restricted group I have to enter my name and password again, and I can't post because it tells me that there is no thread. Is there a way I can get this to work in Linux?
You might want to check your browser settings. It works just fine for me in Netscape in Linux.
Linux isn't the problem after all
It turns out that Linux isn't the problem. I'm having trouble getting Netscape to hold the cookie on any machine except the original one where I set up my account. I tried logging in at work an had the same problem of Netscape not holding my cookie.
