Yeah, I understand that's one of the easiest ways to spot a tourist in Oz. There are also a few "microbreweries" in the States that are basically shadow marketing companies which contract brew the overwhelming majority of their product as well (Sam Adams and Pete's Wicked being the poster children for the practice).

Blowing off steam.

The recent all-out failure of my Palm Desktop Software has driven me beyond insanity. Nonetheless, I need to change my mindset by asking some stupid questions. Before you complain, I could be hurling my Visor against the wall. Although that would not accomplish much, since my Visor isn't broken.

Nonetheless, these questions have been through my head for a long time. Most of these are for my "good friend" ToolkiT .

1) If you had a dingo, would you name him bingo? Would you teach him to fly and to sing songs, and each night would you call out "Come my flying Dingo Bingo, sing me a song!!" ??? If so, would you feed him ding-dongs and ho-ho's?

2) According to the 2nd book of truth (Clues for the clueless) , in Australia, "any distance is too damn close." Why do you guys drive goober-oo foresters then with more than one person? (soo-baa-roo ???)

3) Spell Coffee .

4) A recent quote told me: "Aussies are the friendliest folk you'll ever meet, until they've been denied their six-o-clock swill. Then they turn into New-Yorkers." (note: bkbk & friends, you're excluded from this awful stereotype!)

Does this have some relationship to the lock downs?

5) How did the digery-doo get its name?
