Nav Bar at Bottom of Page

Folks,

Wouldn't it be fantastic to have the yellow navigation bar (whenever present on a page) repeated at the bottom of the page as well? Or somehow make it easier to navigate while in the middle of a story, discussion, etc.? Or am I missing something that is already there?
