Hi,
I purchase a Visor Prism from Handspring and a Omnisky modem with full year service from Omnisky back in November. I tried for three weeks to get it working and spent many hours on the phone with tech support. In the three weeks I had the modem, it worked for about five minutes after two weeks of effort, and then never again after another week of trying. So I called up Omnisky, well within the 30 day trial period, got an RMA number and sent it back. No problems. Concerned about coverage problems, I even called Omnisky and made sure everything was fully refundable to which they assured me yes.
Well, I never saw a credit for the return, $399.95 for a full prepaid year and $99 for the modem. I waited until the end of December and called. They said my service was still active but it was their error and they would correct it. No problem.
Then last week they charged my credit card without authorization for $200. So I called. Again, their mistake it will be corrected. Today they charged my card $25!!!
Has anyone else had a similiar experience? Any idea what is going on? How much money will they continue to charge to my card?

Returned mine on Dec 7th. No refund yet but they are not charging me.
