Help w/Visorphone/Voicestream/Earthlink Internet connection

I have Earthlink DSL at home. Earthlink reps are telling me that I have to pay a monthly fee ($21 or $43, from 2 different reps) to use their dial up connections for my Prism/Visorphone. Is this true? When I try to use an EL dialup number, I get 0x1102. I am able to connect to the internet through the Voicestream/ISDN method (Finally!!) that I found on these boards, so my Voicestream setup is set for data. I want to figure out how to dial up through Earthlink also.

Earthlink's website lists the following as one of the features of its DSL plan:
"20 hours of dial-up access per month--so you can access your email or the Web while away from home"

So I would think you should be able to do it. Perhaps they are confused if you mentioned to them that you want to do it using your PDA (because they offer separate wireless solutions for PDAs). Just tell them you need to know what your username / password information is for dial-up (as though you were going to use a regulary PC).
