OK, I have a visor and i got the xircom modem for it. I've gotten it set up hooked up and have all the dialing info in. I connect by modem hot synxing and then on my desktop it will bring up the message connecting to palm idetifying user. It will freeze and stay at that screen till a. my palm shuts off or b my palm freezes. i dont get it. I tired to get avantgo to work but cant i connect and everything the light is blinking in the corner and i belive thats the connected icon and it gives an error can someone help me?
