VisorPhone Battery/Sprint Battery

I need a new battery for my visorphone. however i was wondering if the sprint data link module battery will work in my module. they look almost alike in the pictures but i haven't see one in person. At the HS web site it said the battery was good for 3hours of talk time. and at the sprintpcs site they say the data link battery is good for 7 hours of talk time, has anyone tried to use the battery in the opposite module? I heard the availibility of the HS batteries were hard to get.

I don't know if either battery will fit in the other module or not, but the differences in talk time have more to do with the carrier technology (GSM vs CDMA) than the physical batteries themselves.

They are interchangable. The VP one is 685mA and the Sprint one is 1200mA.

How much and where do I get it. Can it be bought at a Sprint store?

Sprint web page says they are $60 but they have been out of stock for a long time. Give them a call.
