I've been reading the post on the free modem with 1 year of service. I went to the site to sign up for normal 6 months and 150 for the modem and 39.95 a month. I entered in a promotional code that i saw here and it didn't work. I realized it was a javascript and embedded in the page is all the promotonal codes they have. I entered the first one in and it said i could just pay 28.00 for shipping for the modem , 6month contract, and 40 a month. Anyone want to try this, i don't know if they would ask you what is up later. Get back to me.

That promo may be over. Why not try calling them directly to see for sure? 1888-YADAYADA

went with omnisky

I decided on the Omnisky 1 year prepaid deal. I am still not sure if they will bill me all at once, but the modem is 99 and the service is 400 for the year. IF they have them in stock it will be here tommorrow, I HOPE.

I could not figure out if yada yada was like go america and would charge more for useage outside of their web core.

I had omnisky on my palm Vx last summer for a month and the form factor killed me. This will be better. I keep the pager in the slot most of the time and put the omnisky in when I need it. The 2way pager still gets pages even out of the slot.

Now for the GPS??????
