Yes we bought a license and then started hacking it 
If you know php3 code it is very easy to add and edit features.

I just got another question.
Where did you find the PHP vote thing? I really want that feature in my site. Your poll program seems pretty good.

poll program ok, but not great
The Vote script is phpPolls, available from
http://www.phpwizard.net/projects/phpPolls/
It is ok, but the admin part could be better.
Way back in November 99, while we were still an .asp site, we used a poll program that I wrote from scrath that was fully automated. I am gonna work on converting it to php3 one day.
