Hey guys, i just ordered my modem the other and it' not here yet, but i wanted to check out the AOL anywhere for iM's and email. I installed it and it have me the fatal error box, i reset it and it gave me it again, and it wouldn't stop. I hit a few buttons at the same time and it came on finally but does the same thing when i try to run it. Anyone else have this problem, does it need to have the modem software installed first before it can even be ran? It hadn't hot synced in a while and lost 9 days of money transactions. Little tip from your Uncle Bob, Sync often!!!

Just a note to say that I've had the same problem and have since stopped using the aol im on my vdx/nokia 8290 combo. I had to do several hard resets before I figured out the culprit.
