Is it possible to set the system up to get email notification for discussion threads that you have participated in, but not actually originated?

Also, in those email notifications, the link is to the general discussion (I hate to use this word but...) portal. Is the system configurable to provide a link to the actual thread itself?

Currently the discussion system only allows originators to be e-mailed. I will ask the programmer of the board to look into this as possible new feature.

It's really just laziness for the email link to the particular thread, but my first suggestion is the one that would be really useful. It's easy to miss posts in response to something you've posted, but which are part of a larger thread begun by someone else. Email notification for participants would solve this.

It might also send your mail server into a fit with all the contributors to the 'Where's my visor' threads, but I guess that's up to you guys to gauge.
