Which phone should I get

Folks,

I have to change of mobile phone, so I wish to take this opportunity to get a "Visor compatible" one.
Basically, I only want to be able to send e-mails and surf the web from my visor through my mobile via the ir-port.

Could you please indicate which mobiles are compatible with my needs.
