Ive looked around but I have yet to find a wap browser to work with my deluxe --> startac setup.

I may be totally off base here, but if you're using VDX-->Startac, you should be able to use one of the many HTML browsers available for the PalmOS. You would only want to use WAP if you were actually viewing the web page on your phone (and trust me, as a fellow StarTac owner, I know that can be a chore.) But since you're (presumably) using your StarTac as a modem, you can access the normal, HTML versions of most pages by using a browser like Blazer.
