Visor Edge PPP Connection via 7160 IR

Hello all! This is my 1st post to the forum.

I am trying to connect my Edge via 7160IR to our PPP network here at work. I can get the phone to succesfully dial but not bring up the required terminal window to enter in our RSA username and password. This screen would normally appear after the modem has synch'd up on a normal PSTN dial-up session. Any ideas?
