Quick help setting my network preferences, please?

I have the HS Modem and had it working fine using my Worldnet service. Since switching to MSN, I haven't been able to connect once.

Would I be choosing "Windows RAS" as my Service?

Where on MSN do I find my User Name (& what should it look like)?

Is my Password the one I initially used to sign-up for the service?

Sorry this is so rudimentary, but I'm dying without my connection!

I know you have the HS modem, but this excerpt is from the Thinmodem's support page, maybe it'll help.
"Q. Will the modem work with my MSN account?

A. Yes. The Thinmodem should work with your MSN account. You will need to add the following prefix to your User Name: "MSN/"; making your User Name look something like the following: "MSN/username".
