Does anyone else get the double icons when they insert their Minstrel S into their Visor? I do not see double in the standard applications program, but in Launchem, I get doubles, one will look normal and one will have a little block in the lower left? corner.

The one with the dot is the one in the minstrel
flash memory, while the one without the dot is
in the visor's memory.
Thanks,
Does anyone know how to eliminate the "extra" icons in launchem? I will email the SW author...

Actually, I deleted the RAM copy of the Omnisky apps, Omnisky, OsMail, ScoutSync, and Messenger, so of course I no longer see the second icon. They take up an awful lot of RAM, and my Prism seems to run fine with just the the ROM copy, but of course YMMV, so delete at your own risk. If you do delete, make sure you don't delete the associated files at the same time; if you delete through LaunchEm, make sure you uncheck "Delete Data" and "Delete Preferences." If you don't use LaunchEm, you'll have to delete them with a utility like Z'Catalog. Also, if you remove and reinsert the modem, it will try to reinstall all of the removed apps. Simply tap the apps icon (little house) to bypass the reinstall.
Minstrel S / Omnisky / Launchem
The 3.O Beta for Launchem does not have this problem.
